16U Triangle Lightning wins 1st Bracket game at ASA Nationals

    The Triangle Lightning 16 & U team won their 1st bracket game at ASA Nationals, in Seattle last night(August 2) with a score of 5 to 4 against the Ohio Ice. Their next game will be at 4:30pm (PDT) today, August 3 against the Virginia Shamrocks.

    Triangle Lightning " Great Ball Team "

    Great Ball team ...Cfielder got wheels and can cover anything hit to her either side without any problems...I wouldn't want to run her in a foot race...Lhander pitcher is awesome,this kid can hit her spots with no problem, I think she use to be a Diamond Fever player...good arm speed and mechanics are well established...we played them in Raleigh for the ASA State,they beat us all the games we played them,and we ended up Runner-Up...wish them the best of luck in Seattle...GO CAROLINA GIRLS.....:ylsuper:
