    Also I just read in the paper today that the coach of Porter Ridge has a rich history in the sport. He is the son of the great man that was at the helm of AL Brown for so many years, Bruce Harding. His son, Blain Harding is the coach at Porter Ridge. Just another small reason that Porter Ridge is a very good football team.

    It's Blair Hardin......his twin brother Justin is also a head coach at Weddington. His dad Bruce (who spent time at A.L. Brown, Harding, and Marvin Ridge as well as an assistant at Army) currently coaches at Providence Day.

    Pretty good pedigree!

    Oh ok my fault. The paper had him as Blain. Either way like you said, it's a mighty great pedigree in the family for knowing the game of football. Should be a good game tonight in Taylorsville.
