    Per Baseball America, Brian Goodwin and Carter Capps are the top rated pro prospects in Juco and DII respectively. Goodwin at Miami Dade CC, and Capps at Mt. Olive. Cody Stubbs, also a North Carolina kid, is rated the fourth best prospect in juco. He is at Walters State CC in Tenn.

    Well-deserved for both players. Goodwin has showed thru-out his career how much talent he possesses. He surely will go high in this year's draft. I've seen Carter Capps a couple of times in legion and he a big, tall guy with an amazing fastball. His heater is scary good.
