    East Meck won 3-2 over Kannapolis today. Buchanan got the start and I don't know if he got the win, i left after the 4th. David Teague hit a solo HR in the 2nd followed by a RBI single by Taylor Bryant. Don't know much more about this game. They stayed away from Brett Bartles, I don't blame them. Maybe someone can tell us how this game ended! Good job Eagles.

    Don't go to sleep on Waddell this year. They have improved in every area..defense, pitching and hitting. Jay Neil got the start and the win, followed by Carl Krimminger (who looks to be stronger and faster) and Brad Rhine closed it out.

    I really like what Coach Mac is accomplishing over at Raider Nation.....SW4A BEWARE !!!

    Buchanan went 5, 2 runs, one earned, 2 ks, 3 hits
    Brian Odell (soph.) got hits first varsity win tonight, coming in in relief.

    Andrew Mead threw well for Kan. he threw 5+ only gave up 2 runs.

    East Rutherford defeated North Gaston 4-1 at ER. Chad Flack hit his 2nd HR and went 2-3. Garland Jones came in relief in 1st inning on two days rest and finished game without allowing another run.
