    Thats awesome. Way to go ladies. Keep up the good work. It sounds like good pitching along with a total team effort equaled a quality win against forest view.
    When, where, and what time is the Kings Mountain vs Ashbrook game next week? Thursday?????

    ACHS 3 SOUTHPOINT 0 EMILY PIERCE WAS IN COMPLETE CONTROLL. SHE STRUCK OUT 10 WALKED 1 AND GAVE UP 2 HITS. CATCHER CHELSEA WALKER THREW 2 RUNNERS OUTS .MEG CHAPMAN WAS A HUGE FACTOR ON DEFENCE IN HER 1ST HIGH SCHOOL GAME. TO BE SO SMALL SHE HAS A CANNON FOR AN ARM!!!!!!!!!!!! MINDY GIBSON HAD 2 HITS TO LEAD THE OFFENCE. THE JVS OPENED THE SEASON WITH A 18-2 WIN!WE HAD 16 HITS AND HIT ALOT OH VERY HARD SHOTS THAT WITH OUT THE 25 MPH PLUS WINDS WOULD HAVE BEEN HOMERUNS!!!! TARA MARRION HAD 4 HITS AND TIFFANY WALL HAD 3. CHELSEA MORRIS AND ASHLEIGH WILLIAMSON STUCK OUT 10 BATTERS AND GAVE UP 3 HITS!

    Both pitchers were outstanding today...Rachel Stowe, for SP had several K's against a top team, can't remember the exact number...and had only one earned run scored against her. :applause:

    It was a fun game. Franklin has a good team that will only get better as the season goes on.
    Our Sugar Jets are looking good again this year-very strong team all around.
