    It was a good game, but a heartbreaker, especially for Enka's 9 seniors.
    RS Central's strength is their pitcher, Rachel Stevens, a sophomore, I think.
    She is excellent. Katie Blankenship did a great job for Enka striking out 11 batters. Katie Searcey lead Enka going 2 for 3 with a triple. We just couldn't put the hits together.

    I understand RS Central has graduation Friday. The 3rd round game may be Thursday night at 7:00pm at KM. Not official yet.

    Sorry to disagree HighCheese, I agree with comet fan. I think NL will be hitting CHEESE BISCUITS. To many sticks and too much Defense for the Lady Ironmen.
    The kid from Swain was clearly the best pitcher they had seen in a while and they put up an 8 spot on her.

    Picnic? cake??? lol .... It's my DD's birthday....first time in 3 years she hasn't been playing in the playoffs on her birthday....oops...she's graduated already...haha
