So you think the Cherryvile pitchers throw cheese biscuits uh??? Cherryville beat them once, They beat Cherryville good once and then the "D" really let Cherryville down the last game. 6 errors behind their pitcher while she only allowed 3 hits and 2 walks. Cherryville bats were really silent that game as Baxter pitched great. Cherryville bats have been silent all 3 games against NL. That goes from not seeing any live batting practice pitching just the old pitching machine throwing it in the same spot pitch after pitch. That is why they play the game Ole FP Scout. Just ask some of the other favorites thatare watching now.

If you look closely , I said ,they will be HITTING cheese biscuits" sugar peas, missles, rockets etc."Nothing derogatory about the pitching". Just the strength of the LN kids.

I will give NL a lot of credit. They are a really stong hitting team. They proved that yesterday against a really good pitcher. They are a really well coached and well prepared team. BUT, they didn't hit "cheese biscuits" the 1st game Cherryville won 3-2 (3 or 4 hits) or the game NL won 5-1 (3 hits through 7 1/3 innings.) The only game that they hit "cheese biscuits" is the 2nd game NL won 8-3. Cherryville's number 1 pitcher has only allowed 1 hit in the 2 playoff games and pitched a no hitter yesterday. I hope Cherryville can give them a game.

I'm sure you are right. It should be a great game.
It will probably come right down to the wire. Hopefully NL will hit a biscuit for the win. A sugar pea will do ! See Ya There...

    NL vs Swain Co.

Congrats to Swain Co on great season. They showed great deterination and guts. The game with NL went back and forth. NL went up by 4 in the top of the 8th. But, Swain came back to score 2 and leave the bases loaded before Baxter struck out the last batter. Both Baxter and Sarah Davis were clocked @ 61mph
during the game. Baxter had 14K's, Davis 6 k's. The difference was the NL kids
banged out 12 hits to 5 for Swain. Great game by two real good teams. NL goes back to Cherryville again for a rematch of confrence foes. Should be a good game.
