    West Stanly 6 East Rowan 3
    Can see why West Stanly is ranked 2nd in state.Good solid team,with good pitching.Close game till 6th inn.West had a big 2 out rally, to go ahead.East staged a rally in 7th but fell a little short.Still proud of them Mustangs,would like to see a rematch,but guess it won't happen this yr.

    Taylor had a set back about 2 weeks ago. During bp she had a twinge(sp) in her knee. Long story short she will be back in action next week.

    Olympic went into the top of the 7th with a 3-0 lead. With 2 outs and 2 runners on, Brea Stallings hit a hard one down the left field line. South Meck's coach took a chance and sent her home. She was thrown out on a perfect relay to end the game! Olympic is now 4-1.
