Melissa Hunter really pitched well. Kings Mtn. didn't score til about the 4th. It all started with a misplayed ball by the right fielder, then the floodgates opened.

Don't get me wrong, Kings Mtn. is a little too strong for Crest, but Hunter pitched about as well as she could. Of course, when Morgan is mowing them down like that, you know KM is going to strike at any moment. If LaRhonda or Courtney Tate finds their way on base, they usually score. They're both very fast, with good hitters behind them.

We all need to start training more outfielders at a younger age. You've got to have a strong outfield to compete these days, and we've got to remove the stigma from being an outfielder as opposed to an infielder. This is no reflection on Crest, just my observations and opinion after seeing 5 games last week.:blah:
