    five extra inning games this year, pitty to strike out 19 and lose on an error, but this is the third lose like this. excellent pitching duel between Keely and Morgan :banginghe

    only loss at undefeated 4a nwg,3-2 ,nwg had 4 hits and scored all 3 in first off two mental mistakes,one a popup that drops between 2 fielders
    standing three feet apart and a pick off play to second that was off the mark and should'nt have been thrown
    we had 14 on base and tried to power hit instead of bunt a run in 3
    different innings with runners on third and second and less than 2 out,
    the girls bunted about 100 balls apiece at last practice,I hope they
    get the message

    Congrats to Owen. Shelby did a good job mixing her pitches up in this tight game. Good job by Laurel Gregg for Madison.

    both young ladies pitched extremely well.

    indeed she can be an excellent pitcher and with contiuous work.....she will be!

    Hey Grouseone, you wanted to know how many K's Keely had in that game, the total was 12, not 14 as the paper stated. Close, but no cigar, at least NG is keeping a scorebook this year. lol
