    no, doubt should be a classic game and gina has really looked sharp the past week or so, the bats are starting to heat up racking up alot of hits tonite versus a very good Forbush team

    So far down here at Disney's Wide World of Sports, Kings Mountain is 2-0. Will play two more before coming back to NC.

    First game, KM beat a team from New York something like 26-0. Morgan Childers and Haley Barrett pitched for KM.

    In the second game, KM beat a very good team from Pennsylvania 3-0. Childers had 19 K's. One reached base. LaRhonda McClain dislocated her left-hand ring finger. Was popped back in place, should be fine and play Monday...pretty ugly lookin finger.

    In their first conference loss of the season, a big hats off to a tough
    N. Stanley team who really came to play. Great pitching by North and
    they had their bats working.

    N. Stanley 0

    The best defensive battle of our season! Mt. scored a runner from 3rd
    on an RBI single at the top of the 7th inning and went on to hold North
    to seal the win. Both teams defense played great. Only one error was
    recorded in all 7 innings. W. Pitcher "Kat" Reynolds allowed only one
    hit, with 4 SO's and no walks. Mt.'s Defense played three up and three
    down in all but the 4th inning when North dropped one just over short.
    Congradulations to both teams!!

    Mt. Plesant JV (6-3 overall / 6-1 RRC 2A)

    ("Kat" now has 58 SO's and 2 walks in conference play):woot:

    Don't know alot of details. know fresh. Yvette Gonzalez got the win

    also caught the ND-WF game

    West Forsyth 0 in 5 or 6 innings

    For such a heated rivlary as this has been both sides were very respectfull to each other. Excellant game pitched by Danielle and man that Craver young lady at North can flat hit the ball. All and all good game played by both teams. WF just a little out manned for the time being.
