    Great game!Allison Presnell launched a big 2 run shot in 1st inning to give CC momentum right off the bat.Like I stated earlier, alot of this game would depend on Gina Allen.Well,she was on!Nasty drop ball,& change-up were giving WR batters a fit, keeping them off balance.Not sure what inning Destiny Covington drives one out for 2 more runs.WR pushed 1 run across in bottom of 6th.Saw some good defense on both teams,& a couple questionable calls by umps.All in all, good game that lived up to the hype.Good luck to both teams in conf. tour & playoffs.Well, good luck to CC until we possibly face them.LOL!

    It wasn't the pitching that gave EG the l8-2 lead nor was the pitching that gave up the lead.:umno:

    Am a fan of girls on both teams - good job girls! From one of your Sluggers fans in Boone! Watauga beat McDowell - 3 to 2 in 9 innings tonight. Katie B. - a Slugger also scored the winning run and played some great defense !! Can't wait for June to see you all on the field together......
