Freedom vs West Charlotte

Freedom vs West Charlotte will be interesting. West Charlotte is loaded!

Freedom had scouts at the Butler / West Charlotte game and saw an awesome West Charlotte team dismantle a very good Butler team (without their point guard due to injury). Freedom should have a decent idea on how to prepare for the game.

West Charlotte will pressure the ball on defense the entire game. Their squad is full of athletes with no weak points, offensively or defensively. However, the also play with a lot of discipline and can execute in a half court offense. Freedom will have to minimize turnovers and avoid giving West Charlotte easy baskets in transition.

I am very impressed with this West Charlotte squad. This will be a good game.

I will give scoring updates from my home that is 3 miles away from Marvin Ridge during the tournament.

 

Well, one of my favorite times of the season is once again here...There are a ton of different Christmas Basketball Tourneys scheduled across the State of North Carolina that begin next week. If your team is participating in a local Christmas Tourney feel free to post their schedule here. Also, this thread will be used to post scores and comments throughout the next 10 days. Good luck to all teams...






I will be at the 36th Annual GlaxoSmithKline Holiday Invitational which will be held this year at Holiday Gym on the campus of Broughton High School in Raleigh. I'm hoping to post some updates from time to time while the action is occuring. Here is the schedule for the 4-Team Womens Bracket.
