Congratulations to the Lady Titans for a super year (22-4). Down 5-0 in round three you fought back to win. In round 4 you almost pulled it off by leading most of the game. Hold your head high ladies. Everyone is very proud of you and you endeavors this year. I enjoyed watching your games very much. Good luck Seniors Jessie Taylor, Rachel Jensen, Sam Vidal, Allie Knight, Lacy Robinson, and Kristi Woodall.

    Hmm...

99% of the time when a coach whines or protests something involved early in a game it comes back to haunt them. :36:

They either get thrown out, restricted in some way (can't leave the dugout, protest anything else, coach a base, etc), or the other team uses it as motivation to put it in high gear.:57:

Seems like a stupid protest to me when his pitcher can just fill it in instead of bringing "shovel boy" out after every inning....

But pressure will do crazy things to some coaches and players....:bomb2:

brings back memories, couple of years ago, during a conference game, two great pitchers pair off against each other, one would dig out a trench with back foot, other would fill it in and dig a hole , each one would fill in the others hole/trench, laugh about it and pitch. field was hard as stone, after two innings, dirt scattered, pitchers were coming out of dugout with rake searching for dirt to fill hole. had parents searching for replacement dirt for rest of game. no coaches complaining, just trying to deal with field conditions . . . . pitchers and coaches were good friends and it got some good laughs from everyone in stands.

    hole at PF

talked to a guy that went to this game, and he said the "hole" was extreme. he said it was an unsafe situation.

I won't be there, but someone let us know if same pitcher (4A PF) is able to create such a hole at Walnut Creek.

    Final Four HOLE

I have not ever seen PF play. But I have seen Butler & N. Davidson.
My guess is, it will need to be a fox hole to stop either of these two
western teams. Good Luck to everyone & play safe !!!
I like Hummer & Ashton both too much to pick one or the other !
Go Moe ! too .....Yee Haww
