    Anyone know the final score in this game, I assume 1-0? It's been documented how good CD is with Leonard, but ED had a really good team.

    from The Dispatch

    Chelsea Leonard allowed three hits, walked two and struck out 24 batters.

    And yes ED has a very good team. slow start missing some girls that were playing basketball.

    Wow what a game!

    North Davidson jumps to the lead in 1st inning, 3-0 then Hopewell chipped away at the lead, little by little, to have the lead, 4-3, in the bottom of 7th, 2 outs, bases loaded (due to 1 walk, 2 hit batters), Danielle Glosson is at plate, hits short fly to RF, not caught, 2 runs score, to end game. Both teams fought really hard to the bitter end! Everyone conducted themselves appropriatly!
    My heart really broke for kid in RF! She made a great effort and should hold her head high, knowing that she tried her best!
