    Ledford up (again) in the 6th, 1-0.

    Couple errors late cost em a couple.

    Great season for Ledford. I understand it is the first time in school history they have been to the 4th round.

    Good luck CD...you guys are still champs till somebody knocks you off.

    Great game girls! Looks as though you're starting to peak at the right time. Just a total team effort and it was great watching the pitcher(Jaime Burwell) and the catcher( Laurin Buckner) work together. We hope to hear great things from Raleigh!!

    I don't know about recent years...but they have some state championships from back in the slow pitch days.

    Congrats to all of the Davidson County schools for the great seasons...and good luck to North and Central heading into the final four!

    Wish it could have been us but . . . . WOW!! This is so wonderful, Riverside and Middle Creek in the Final Four!!! Both within a 30-mile radius!!

    Congratulations to both teams!! I'm so happy for BA, Heather, Mattie, Jenn, Christie and the rest of the teammates who I don't know!!
