Team Restructuring.....

Team is restructuring for the 2010 season. We are looking to fill positions with talented 2012 & 2013 athletes that have the desire to play competitively and want to play at the next level.

Team is a 2nd year 16U team, playing both 16U & 18U tournaments (Focusing primarily on showcase style tournaments) in the southeast.

Team will be based in the northeast area of Charlotte, NC. Workouts will begin in January 2010 with tournament schedule starting in June and going into November.

NC Sun Devils Elite 16u looking for outfielder

The NC Sun Devils based out of Gastonia NC are looking for 1 more girl to complete our roster. We have a very talented ball club with great pitching depth and big bats. We are looking for one outfielder to complete our roster. We will be playing in all the big local showcase tournaments. There are NO TEAM FEES. 12U Landis/Kannpolis 12U Team Looking for Players

Currently known as the 10U Landis Extremes, we have 5-6 core girls aging out of 10U and looking to add 4-5 girls to keep the team together and move up into 12U.

Only together for 5 months, we have compiled a 14-7 record in 4 tournaments (2 AAU, 1 NSA and 1 SWAC) and finished no lower than 2nd in any tournament.

We are solid defensively and aggressive on the bases. We do play some small ball and are good contact hitters as well.

Obviously, we are interested in any girl that can play but in moving up to 12U we are in need of some size/power and '97 birth date experienced players. And...as at any age level, significant pitching and catching skills are coveted!!

We will also consider attitude just as important as skill. We expect a positive and selfless team attitude and a hunger to work hard and learn. No position in the field or in the batting order is more important than another. We play hard and support each other no matter what position we play, where we bat in the lineup or if we are a sub or a starter.

We practice in Landis and in Kannapolis and are targeting two dates for tryouts : (11/4 & 11/11)

Charlotte Blaze 16U Team Moving to New Level.. Do you have what it takes?

The Charlotte Blaze Black 16U team is thrilled to announce the addition of Queens University assistant softball coach and recent NC State standout Miranda Ervin to the coaching staff! Coach Ervin brings years of playing & coaching experience. She led NC State offensively four years & defensively as catcher. After graduation, she went to the National Professional Fastpitch League for the Michigan Ice, then travelled to Italy in March of 2007 for 6 months playing with the Italian National Team, ranked #1 in Italy!

The Blaze 16U goal is to develop and promote our talented athletes to be recruited at the college level. Coach Ervin brings the knowledge of what colleges look for and the ability to get your daughter to that level! For that to happen we will be playing in all ASA showcases as well as going for the 16U National Title.

We are looking for girls who understand the commitment required and are ready for a challenge. Team positions are available, with a strong need for catchers. If interested, contact Coach Marko at [email protected].

 

Looking for 1 more talented pitcher.....

The Palemtto Gators based out of the upstate of South Carolina are in need of 1 more quality pitcher to fill our roster for next season. We have 1 more tournament this season in Myrtle Beach that she may also play in with us. We are highly competetive having only lost 1 pool game in our last 4 tournaments. We won the other 3 and went 3-0 in the adopt a team in rockhill.

All of our practices are in Gaffney South Carolina (which is located just 15 miles across the boarder at exit 90 on I85) at 1 of 3 locations. Fuller Field the home of the Lady Indians (defending 4A state champions), Limestone College (most weekends are here) and an indoor facility for hitting.

We are going to play 18U showcase events in and around the Carolina's plus some high level ASA "A" tournaments in between. Our fees are really low when compared to other team fees. Our coaches pay their own way so you do not have inflation to cover their cost.

We are mainly filled with 16U players with a mix of 4 18U players but it is our experience that most coaches look at the 18U games when attending showcase events.

Clippers '99- 10U Tryouts

The Johnston County Clippers '99-10U will be having tryouts on 11-4-09 at Sam Godwin Park in Pine Level, North Carolina. Tryouts will start at 6:30 so please arrive about 15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork. All positions are open. We are looking to play about 10 to 12 tournaments next spring, ending with a trip to the NSA world in Charlotte. NC Sun Devils Forming New 14U Team

Jeff Soots and the NC Sun Devils are excited to announce the addition of their newest team to the organization. With the help of Jeff and his staff, we will be forming a 14-U team that will begin play in 2010. The team will play at the highest level of competition in 14-U during the Spring/Summer, then move to 16-U in the Fall.

We are looking for dedicated and talented players with a 95-birth date who excel in both the classroom and on the field. The purpose of the team will be to develop and prepare the young ladies to play at the collegiate level.

Tryouts will be held at the WMAA complex, located across from West Meck High School, on Sunday - Nov. 15th at 2 pm.
