    From a parent of a gratuated HR player I want to say Good Luck to the returning ladies and to all the up and comming freshman, and yes this team should not be overlooked.

    Lake Norman High only lost 1 senior from last year. Returning players plus some good freshmen should make for a strong team this year. Looking forward to the 4A I-Meck Conference.

    Played this team twice in the old NPC.They will do very well in their new conference.DO NOT take them lightly!
