2010 Legion World Series

    I'm kinda surprised that 3 of the 4 first day games were blowouts.

    Saturday Day 2 schedule:

    Game 5, 10am- Kernersville,NC vs. Branford,Ct (elim game)
    Game 6, 1pm- Chesapeake,Va vs. Roseburg,Ore (elim game)
    Game 7, 5pm- Las Vegas,Nv vs. Moline,Ill
    Game 8, 8pm- Midwest City,Ok vs. Eden Prairie,Minn

    Any word on Corey McKinney injury?

    He was limping pretty bad after his 1st at bat...

    nothing yet boxman....I do know this though...Brandon Harrison hit his 19th homerun of the summer (I think, might be 20). There is only one other person in Kernersville Post 36 history to hit that many homeruns...his name is Alec Zumwalt! Just some information for everyone because Jeff Kent thinks Harrison hit his only homerun for a while haha

    Hey all,...It was so good to have the live stream on yesterday at the Final 8 series in WA. The announcers were kind off their games a little bit yep!...Here's to a great series anyhoo and may the NC team get it going!!..

    Corey didn't limp too bad after his super catch down the first base line so maybe he's doing OK!

    Kernersville escapes with an 8-6 win. Kevin Parrish gets the win and Schultz with the save. I imagine Schultz will get the start tomorrow as they win and advance!

    Game 6 Final Score: Roseburg,Ore defeats Chesapeake,Va by a score of 11-10, Roseburg moves on, and Chesapeake becomes the 2nd team eliminated.
