    If most of the ones that play college ball only play one year there would be no sophomores, juniors or seniors on college teams. I would venture to say that the ones that only play a year are those who had their stats padded in high school and can't handle having to actually work to get their playing time and/or recognition. In other words they found out they weren't as good as mommy and daddy told them they were. There are girls that go to Division 1 colleges and when they can't play well enough to get off the bench they quit. Parents who pad stats are not helping their children but rather setting them up for failure.

    TOTAL TRUTH, but most who do this dont have the foresight to see the future results...

    Although it is not discussed as much here, but there are just as many girls that were effected negatively by politics in high school that will tell you that the fun times were the times they played in college where everything was more on an even playing field for everyone. Truth is if you are playing well and can compete with those around you, you will have fun. Some compete well in high school, but do not compete well at the college level and that is why it is not fun anymore.

    Congrats to 3 from North Iredell high school who made it. Karley Harkey, Taylor Rosenbalm and Timber Davenport....... ALL DESERVING and wouldn't trade em for anybody. congrats on a great season !!!
