SC CRUSH (NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE CAROLINA CRUSH) ARE HOLDING TRYOUTS AT LIMESTONE COLLEGE IN GAFFNEY, SC ON AUG 11TH AT 10AM. ALL PRACTICES WILL ALSO BE HELD AT LIMESTONE COLLEGE.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1 MORE PITCHER, CATCHER AND 3RD BASE. WE HAVE 8 AND I LIKE TO CARRY 11. FEES ARE VERY LOW. I DONT MAKE MONEY DOING THIS.

WE WILL PLAY A VERY GOOD FALL SCHEDULE THAT INCLUDES

ELITE SHOWCASE @ USC UPSTATE CAMPUS (CONFIRMED)

ASA FALL SHOWCASE AT TYGER RIVER PARK (CONFIRMED)

GOLD DIAMOND CHATTANOOGA TENN (CONFIRMED)

ALSO A CARDINAL SHOWCASE.

I HAVE ARRANGED SOME POSSIBLE COLLEGE SCRIMMAGES AS WELL.


WE HAVE A VERY GOOD NUCLEUS OF PLAYERS RETURNING SOME OF WHO HAVE COMMITTED AND ALL HAVE VISITS ARRANGED. IF YOUR COLLEGE GOAL IS TO PLAY LOCALLY THEN WE WILL GET YOU SEEN LOCALLY.

I HAVE BUILT SOME GOOD RELATIONSHIPS WITH AREA COACHES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS AS A RECRUITING COORDINATOR.

GAFFNEY IS ONLY 45 MINS SOUTH OF CHARLOTTE ON I-85. VERY EASY FOR NORTH CAROLINA KIDS TO ATTEND PRACTICES.

Tryouts

The Lake Norman Lighting is a new organization and will be holding tryouts on August 12th from 2:00-4:00 p.m. for 10-u and 12-u and from 4:00- 6:00 for the 14-u. The tryouts will be held at North Mecklenburg High School. This is for the fall 2012 through 2013 softball season. Our organization has girls from Lincoln Co, Mecklenburg Co and Cabarrus County.

We are looking for 99 birthdates for our 14-u team and 2000/2001 birthdates for our 12-u team. We are in need of outfielders, a 3rd basemen, a shortstop, and game experienced pitchers for the 12 and 14-U teams but all positions are welcomed to tryout. We are looking for athletic girls that are competitive, have a work ethic, strive to be the best and want to be community leaders.

Our goal is to play at the highest level of competition, at this time we are NSA and Top Gun sanctioned and will eventually be ASA sanctioned. We also have a 10-u team that needs 3 players that are tournament experienced and have solid basic softball skills. We need an outfielder, short stop and utility player.

If any player interested in trying out has a conflict with the time and date above just contact the number or email below and we may be able to have you come in for a tryout either before the August 12th date or after.

August 11th tryouts will be held for our 8-u team from 1 - 3 p.m.

Date: Sunday August 5th 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Where: Weddington High School softball field located behind the school off of deal rd. It is the first dirt road on the right off of Deal rd.

Looking for athletes to compete in a top level showcase team,
ALL positions are open

Lady Blues Elite 18U Annual Tryouts

The Lady Blues Elite will be looking to add several new players to our roster for the fall 2012 / summer 2013 season. All positions will be considered. Looking for grad yrs. 2014, 2015, and 2016 if skill level is appropriate.

We have 8 events planned and confirmed for the fall season, including Southern Force Showcase, Legendary Showcase, Carolina Clash Showcase (in conjunction with UNC sponsored college tournament), Gold Diamond Showcase, and others that include on college campus one day showcase events.

Our summer schedule will be filled with top showcase events, as well as our 8th consecutive trip to the Louisville Slugger Independence Day Tournament in Boulder, CO.

Our team is coached by Greg Spain, and managed by the original founder of the Lady Blues Organization, Rodney Threatt.

Carolina Elite - Majeski 14U

The Carolina Elite 14U will be holding tryouts August 11th from 5:30 to 8:00 at Greenville High School for this fall and spring 2013 season. If unable to attend we will be holding an invitation only tryout on the 8th from 6 to 8 pm. You can receive an invitation by emailing Dave. The Carolina Elite Organization is one of the premier softball programs of the South. This team will be coached by Former Florida assistant, and PC head coach Dave Majeski. Carolina Elite - Murray 16U

The Carolina Elite 16U will be holding tryouts August 11th at Greenville High School starting at 10am. This team will start this fall and go through the 2013 Summer season. Former Furman pitching coach Austin Murray will be coaching this team. This team will play some of the top showcases in the Southeast this fall. Qualifying for national tournaments is always the goal of our organization (ASA / Premier). This team will be playing 2012 Premier Nationals in Huntington Beach, CA this year. The Foothills Heat 18U will be holding open tryouts Tuesday August 7, 2013 6:00pm at Crest High School in Shelby NC. We are looking for dedicated players and families, who are team minded, multi-positional and have the desire, drive and potential to play at the next level.

12u Piedmont Braves are forming a new team for fall season so if your looking to join please call Travis 704-756-9338 no try outs are set yet but im willing to meet you and do one on one looking for pitchers,catchers, infield spots not sure how many tournaments we will do with school starting planning on doing one tourny a month team practice in Statesville off I40
