    Looking for 23U Team

Solid pitcher just finished up her college freshman year and is looking for a 23U team, in the Charlotte area, to play with the rest of the summer. She pitched 275 innings, with a 1.84 ERA. Please let me know if you have a spot available or know of someone who might be interested.

    12u Lady Tigers (2001)

The Lady Tiger Fast-pitch Association will be holding tryouts for its 2nd year 12u team (2001 Bdays) on the following dates. All positions are being considered.

Thursday July 25th from 6 to 8:30 at Mt Pleasant High School
Saturday July 27th from 10:00 - 12:00 at Mt Pleasant High School

We are bringing in outside instructors to run the tryout process to ensure, in addition to our coaches, the evaluation process of both current and potential players includes new perspectives.

This is a unique opportunity to join a successful organization that now has teams competing in 8u thru 18u Showcase. All of our age groups have been highly competitive. We consistently play in the toughest tournaments, and play the best competition we can as we have a proven recipe to ensure our girls are progressing in skill development. We have high school facilities and our own indoor facility which is an advantage over many other organizations.

This team will build for a return trip in July 2014 to the USFA World series in Panama City. As a 10u team, we were the only team from NC to qualify, and we placed 11th out of 82 teams...This experience cannot be replicated anywhere locally. We will play NSA and ASA and some local tournaments to prepare our girls for this challenge and expose them to the best competition we can.

AS we have many girls who are now in middle school our weeknight practices may be once a week with a longer weekend practice on weekends we do not play. Based in Cabarrus County, about 1 hour from Charlotte, and 45 minutes from Asheboro - we believe now the time parents need to consider what program will be best for their child to reach their goals, even if the drive is longer..as girls get older and teams consolidate, distance should not be deciding factor in where your child plays.

Were looking for families and young ladies up for the challenges listed above, who will work hard outside of practice, and put team goals above thier own. We believe our coaches, facilities and reputation make the Lady Tigers a great option for your daughter and her softball development.

If interested in attending the 12u Lady Tiger tryouts, please contact Dave Maddaluna at [email protected]. Individual tryouts will attempted to be completed if desired, and confidentiality will be guaranteed in our interactions.

    Thank you!
