Carolina Mash will be conducting tryouts saturday August 10th, at 9:00 AM, at Northern Granville Middle School in Oxford NC. We are concluding our first year with much success, we have 8 committed players to our 12u team and 8 players for our new 14u team. Both teams are looking for 3 additional players. The coaching staff is committed to teaching the fundamentals of the game as they are taught and performed at the highest levels of todays game. Coaching staff consists of former D1 player and coaches who are A.C.E. certified, with over 12 years experience each and continue to educate themselves in the game. We have a strong nucleus and our looking for a few more families who are interested in their daughters receiving the best available instruction and are willing to work hard to achieve both personal and team success. I will also conduct individual workouts if that is more feasible for interested families, and would strongly encourage any interested player or family to come out and participate in our practices before the tryout date. The Spirits Fastpitch organization iscommitted to producing the finest fastpitch softball teams in the NorthCarolina area while emphasizing sound fundamental skills and maintaining higheducational standards. Our team seeks to play against the top teams in theMid-Atlantic and Southeast regions in the most competitive ASA and USSSA tournamentsand Showcases throughout the year. T

We’re in immediate need for a startingpitcher to add to our pitching staff.

As a Player you’re expected to work hard, attendrecruiting meetings and complete homework (self skill practices). Ourorganization also has an indoor workout facility for winter workouts to prepareour teams for the new season. Charlotte Magic is Expanding....

Charlotte Magic is adding a 14U division softball team in the Charlotte, NC area. This team will participate in both NSA & ASA area events and championships. We are excited about adding this team and to open up an opportunity for players to work pursuing their goal of playing college softball. This team will focus on both scholastic and talent readiness.

The goal of the Charlotte Magic 14U Futures team is to prepare girls for the college recruiting process and as a stepping stone to our Charlotte Magic 18U Showcase team. The 18U Showcase team has successfully aided over a dozen girls in the past 3 years in continuing their softball career while they earn their degree.

The Charlotte Magic 14U will be coached by Myka Wright Cygielman. Coach Myka attended both Purdue University and the University of California at Santa Barbara and has both played and coached at the collegiate level. She brings a lot of excitement, energy, and experience and is looking forward to continuing to mold and prepare young athletes at a high level.

The 14U team will be playing in several competitive tournaments this fall to prepare for the 2014 season.

Tryouts will be held Saturday, August 17 from 1:30 to 4:00 at Northside Christian Academy (333 Jeremiah Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28262).

Carolina Comets rising 10U

Rising Comets Black 8U team is having tryouts for fall 10U 2013 & 2014 season
Head coach has 10 years travel ball experience, and will have current and future college players helping with training.
Tryouts will be August 17 10:00am at Lake Norman High School in Mooresville.
The Comets organization has their own private hitting facility and access to private fields in the Mooresville area.
The Carolina Comets are a well established fast pitch organization that has competitive teams in every age group 8u-18u, and has helped several players in getting to the next level.

Tarheel Stars Tryouts-Aug 3 & 4

The Tarheel Stars will hold tryouts for the 2013-2014 season on August 3rd AND 4th. There will be two tryout locations – one in the Triad area (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point), the other in the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). The specific locations will be given to those who register.

The Stars organization fields teams of elite players from throughout the state and region. We recruit players that are looking for PROFESSIONAL coaching and play at a high level. The goal of the Stars is to help players extend their career beyond high school by preparing them to play at the highest level, then exposing and presenting them to university and college recruiters.

The Tarheel Fastpitch Stars is a North Carolina Corporation and has obtained the IRS 501©(3) status to formally operate as an tax-exempt, non-profit corporation. Our mission is to provide a professionally organized, structured, and supportive environment with quality development and professional coaching to inspire female student athletes, and assist them in fulfilling their dreams of achievement in academic excellence, high level competition and playing collegiate softball. Charlotte Magic 2013/2014 tryouts

The Charlotte Magic 18u fall tryouts are set for Saturday August 17th from 11-1 at Northside Christian Acadmey, located in the Univ area. We are looking to add a couple of solid outfielders and a slapper to a solid group of girls. If you are not able to attend the tryout date we will be happy to set up a private tryout.
