    Saturday July 5 at Newman Park, in Salisbury. Voting is being done by coaches at this time, and rosters will be announced any day now.

    Rowan County Legion will host the 2nd annual showcase and North\South All-Star event Saturday, July 5th at Newman Park in Salisbury. We would like to invite you to attend. Showcase workouts for scouts and college coaches will begin @ 9:00 am and will run as four groups of showcase players and one group of all-star selections. All-Star batting practice should begin at 4:30 and if time permits we may try a short homerun derby. Look forward to seeing you at the park. Rosters will be posted soon.

    Should be a great event, but some of the voting is a little confusing; the 4th place team gets 1 while 5-8 all get 2-3 and 9 also gets 1 :rolleyes:

    Blame the coaches that is who voted, could not vote for your players.

    Did Central Forsyth not put anyone up for the event???
    Thats a shame.. there are some talented players there.. At least one should have been considered??
