This might be game of the week. With Glenn having lost against Parkland and against Reagan this past Tuesday. Sorry not update on wins for everyone.

 

Piedmont Triad 3A Final Standings

Glenn lost to Reagan on Tuesday to set up a winner take all game in the conference between Glenn and Southwest last night

Southwest pounded them 12-1 and takes the conference title. Final standings:

1. SW Guilford
2. Reagan/Glenn (tie - 3 losses each)
4. Parkland
5. Andrews
6. Carver

 

Should that be Craver at six?Does Reagan get the tie breaker? not sure how that works after head to head.

As far as the tiebreaker goes....

Reagan gets the tiebreaker over Glenn ONLY in terms of the conference tournament seeding. This is due to Reagan winning 2 out of 3 vs Glenn this season (they split in conference, but Reagan beat them in a spring break tournament)

However, that is only for conference tournament seeding. As far as which team (Reagan or Glenn) will get the #2 seed from the Piedmont Triad in the PLAYOFFS, it comes down to whichever team advances the furthest in the conference tournament.

Reagan gets a bye as the 2 seed, and Glenn plays Carver on Monday. Reagan and Glenn will play each other on Tuesday night in the semifinals with the winner receiving the 2 seed from the PT3A in the playoffs. Hope that helps.
