    the homestanding east rowan mustangs came out on fire tonight. from the very first inning they were all over south point and the crowd was unbelievably loud. huge statement made by east rowan after their bats were shut down last night. game 3 tomorrow night back in belmont

    i know it was 5-0 after the first, 8-0 after the second, 13-0 after the 3rd, 17-2 after the 4th, and then south point was held in the top of the 5th to end the game by the mercy rule.

    zach smith hit a grand slam for ER in the 4th

    Sometimes that is true

    but the thing about this situation is they know all they have to do is win Saturday and Friday means nothing. No one will remember they got mashed in the second game if they win the one that matters. Sometimes the team that pounds the day before assumes it will be that easy the next day. I bet it will not be. I would be willing to bet that the game on Saturday will be close and intense.

    No doubt ER has the momentum and alot of confidence coming off a win like that. But ole mo can change in a second in the first inning Saturday night. Both of these teams are outstanding and it should be a great game.

    no doubt both teams are outstanding to make it this far. as an outside fan from neither team i just believe ER will roll with it in game 3, seems like south point maybe doesnt have much pitching after #1

    my advice to south point would be to pitch the kid if his arm is up for it. might be their only chance.
