    Eagles, send me a PM if your coming to Kannapolis tonight so we can meet.

    As for last night's game, yes Kannapolis came out swinging. Jerod Faggart hit his 14th homerun of the summer and Jay Hosack added his 3rd, to give Kannapolis a team total 58 dingers for the season. Garrett Sherrill (7-2) pitched well to get the win. Actually Kernersville had 2 solo homeruns, but sorry don't have their names, it was the catcher and the 3b.

    Sunday night Game 3 in Kannapolis: Kernersville (17-13) at Kannapolis (27-7)

    Garner beat Durham to take a 2-0 series lead. Game 3 tonight in Garner. Post 232 should close it out tonight.

    Garner won 10-5. Grayson Evans (UNCW) hit 3hr's for Post 232.

    Garner sweeps Durham to win the Area 1 West.

    Garner won Game 3, 4-3 in 10innings.

    They will play Pitt County/Edenton for the Area 1 Championship

    Randolph County-4 over Stanly County-2

    Randolph ties this series tonight 2-2, so the 5th and deciding game is scheduled for tomorrow (Monday) night in Asheboro. The winner of this series meets Kannapolis for the Area III championship,,,,,, championship series begins Wednesday at Kannapolis.
