OUR TEAM ATTENDED THIS INDOOR FACILITY LAST SATURDAY AND THE GIRLS REALLY BENEFITTED FROM IT....THE 1ST PRACTICE/CLINIC WAS FREE AND COVERED BOTH DEFENSE AND OFFENSIVE WITH COLLEGE LEVEL DRILLS-YOU ACTUALLY RECEIVE ABOUT A 2HOUR CLINIC. JUST THOUGHT I'D POST THIS FOR THE SURROUNDING SCHOOLS AND TRAVELING BALL TEAMS.

3 Up 3 Down is available for Team or Individual Practices. We offer the following for
Girl’s Softball:

Hitting
-Softball Pitching Machine with adjustable speeds and height.
- Curve Ball Pitching Machines
-Screens for coach or parent pitching
-Hitting Tees and Soft Toss areas
-Swingaway and Stay back equipment for perfecting swings

Fielding
-Dirt Infield gives players a realistic fielding area
-Ideal practice for all infield positions and “do or dies” for outfielders
-Converted pitching machine feeds infielders in 7 second intervals and
can be adjusted to work backhand or forehand.
-60 foot dirt run allows players to work on their speed and sliding skills

Pitching
-Experienced fast pitch instructors
-Pitching rubbers give players the ability to pitch from 35, 40 or 43 feet
-Stalker speed gun available to measure pitch speeds

Speed and Agility
-Tires, pull up bars, and plyoboxes for increasing stamina
-Bowflex, dumbbells, and free weights for increasing strength

Team Practices

Your first team practice will be free. More importantly, it will be run by an instructor who will show you how to maximize your time in the facility. After the first visit , 3 Up 3 Down can be used for 1 ½ hour team practices. The rate for these will be discussed during your first free practice, the team will have exclusive access to the infield, 5 practice tees, the softball pitching/ catching area, and one batting cage. This is ample room for 10 – 14 players.
