    :roflmao:.;.and this is new? They have been doing this all season and it robs the team of any momentum built....and to think they practice this everyday. It's mindboggling!!! They need to get that fixed quick or they will be out of the playoffs quicker then you can say "Bye,Bye".

    South Meck vs Crest

    Just to add to the SM 10th inning....Ryan Morris added a lead off double to get the 10th inning going in the right direction.

    I hope South comes out "fired up" from the start tonight, they will need it against a team like Christian.

    Final score 6 to 1 Christian over South Meck. Jared Bard the complete game winning pitcher for Charlotte Christian.

    CCS vs S Meck

    As good as CCS played, S Meck didn't. That"s baseball and anybody with any sense knows it can happen on any given night.

    CCS finally put a solid defensive outing behind another terrific performance by Bard. In the other dugout, Morris and his catcher struggled throughout the evening and the defense posted 4 errors.

    South Meck versus Charlotte Christian: Interesting game and a fun game to watch for a non-participant, but if you were rooting for either of the two sides, I'm sure it was nerve-wracking. Since I know a lot of the players on both teams, it was a case of "rooting" for players to do well without worrying about which team won.

    Key items in the game:
    • Christian scored 6 runs on 4 hits.
    • Christian was assisted by 4 South Meck errors
    • South Meck had 5 hits in the game
    • South Meck couldn't cluster their hits and get anything going.
    • Not a lot of strikeouts in this game by either pitcher
    • Christian played a very clean defense
    • SM lost their catcher (temp I hope) to an injured finger on catching hand
    • Even without the 4-run bad inning of SM, Christian flat won the game.

    South looks tight, like they are playing not to lose. Christian looked very loose and Jared Bard looked like he was having a great time on the mound.

    Ryan Morris had plenty of pop but struggled at times with control.

    BIG win for christian tonight, great outing by bard, was throwin hard and hittin his spots, christian played good D too. south seemed tight just like they did the 1st time these 2 teams played 2 years ago. christian got acouple key hits and beat a very very good south meck team tonight. south should be fine this year, they just didn't play like they can tonight. good luck to both teams the rest of the year

    christian will paly burns tom. night in the championship at 7pm

    Crest commits 7 errors and misses 12 signs over 2 days. I don't care who you are playing. You won't beat anybody like that. Good luck to the Bulldogs tonight.
