    UNC & State both lost yesterday, so they have to pull for Wake or Miami respectfully tonight, and then win Saturday night to have any chance of making it to Sunday's title game.

    If Ga. Tech & NC State win today, they win their pools. If they lose, they open the door for others.

    UNC 4 State 0

    Nice pitchers-duel last night between UNC & State. Rodon certainly did his job for the Pack, but in the end the Tar Heels showed how strong their pitching staff really is. UNC kept rolling out pitchers, & putting goose eggs on the ole scoreboard. Shame that neither team is in the championship game today.

    Was a great game to watch. Fun watching a bunch of those local boys compete too. You're right though, would have been more fun if one was playing today.
