    ACPB playoffs

    2011 On Deck O's Orange beat CBC Navy today 8-6 to win their pool.

    2010 CBC Army team defeated 2011 On Deck Black 7-2 to win pool D. Saw Olen Little throwing for CBC Army yesterday, he is a monster!!

    is this the 2011 cbc army or 2010 team? olen is a 2010 grad but i dont remember there being more than 1 cbc 2010 team!

    2012 On-Deck O's Black win pool C with a record a 2 - 1. Play tomorrow against the Palmetto Elite in one of the first games of the championship round.

    G2 - win vs. On Deck O's Orange, 7-4. Alec Hulmes (Garner NC) winning pitcher, also hit a 2B.

    G3 - win vs. Team EAS, 3-2
    Tyler Best (Hickory Va) throws 6 innings. Matt Reed with the save with the winning run on 2B.

    North 16 wins Pool AA with 3-0 record.

    Quarterfinals - win vs. Rock Solid, 11-4. Reece Strong (Richlands VA) throws 5 solid innings. Kyle Moore (Nansemond River VA) hit a double. Tyler Best (Hickory VA) was 2-3.

    Semis - Play the winner of CBC and SCP at 4:30.

    Canes North 16's run ends with good pitching from SCP and sloppy defense in a 3-0 semi final loss. We would have loved to win and play for Championship but weren't looking forward to the 7+ hour drive home at 10pm. :) I'm typing this at 2am...we just got home.

    Congrats to the SCP 16's and Heat 16's for their run to the Championship.
