Both of those teams are really solid but I think SC has to play ACR first on friday to get to that game undefeated.

Madison Bumgarner holds the key to that upcoming game between the two teams. If he is in control on the mound, it will be greatly difficult for AC. Both teams can hit the ball, that is given. Should be a great game!!!

Alexander has only given up one run in four confrence games. And Bryan Corbettt hasent given up any runs in his last 17 innings of pitching. Does anyone know what Madisons Bumganers stats are?

Two quality teams, two quality pitchers, assuming its Bumgarner and Corbett. If so, the difference in the two teams will boil down to the fact that Bumgarner is a lefty and hitting LHPs is historically not Alexander's strong suit.

I also like AC Reynolds chances of beating SC without Bumgarner, so being undefeated in the conference may be short-lived for both teams.

Watauga and ACR crash the party !

AC Reynolds knocks off previously undefeated South Caldwell 9-0.
Watauga hands Alexander Central their first conference loss, 7-3.
    New NW4A standings:
    SC 4-1
    ACS 4-1
    WHS 4-2
    ACR 3-2

    Braves

You will be happy hear that your man Presnell went 3-4 with a RBI and two runs scored. His only out was nearly a HR, caught at the warning track.

This aint the same team that you saw at the Bagdome.

I'm not surprised...Watauga is a very talented team that I knew would improve as the season went along. I'm glad my man, Presnell, is continuing to make his mark.

One of the great things for me with this board and is to continue to follow a team from out of Charlotte that I have interest in.
