    Release of All Conference awards after Playoffs

    It has been told to me by our coach that All Conference selection for schools in the NCHSAA will not be released until after the State Playoffs have fully concluded.

    Can anyone out there enlighten us TBRers further or know anything different?

    It's usually up to the individual conferences. IN the North Western 4A, we do not release the teams to the media. You can release to your team in a banquet or awards type deal, but not to the public.

    We choose to do this so not to have any "problems" while playing about who made or didn't make the All Conference team. AS with any award someone is always left out..

    is not supposed to release any names until after all SW4A teams have are out of the playoffs and/or the playoffs are over.

    Yea thats how Big South usually is when all teams have completed their season teams are announced but not until the season is over
