    WHAT, ONLY 9 PLAYERS FROM ST. STEPHENS MADE ALL CONFERENCE. WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER 4 OR 5 PLAYERS??

    Amazing!--Thanks CFball..sounds better too!

    In the past few years SSHS has only had 4 or 5 total, but since they've had a great year they had 9 this year..not sure if they changed how they did it or not, but these 9 deserved it for sure!

    I'm sure the coaches in the conference would not have voted for all these ladies if they didn't deserve it. So, way to go to the coaches for recognizing athletes that deserve it and not limiting a school to a certain number of selections based on finish in the conference. Most importantly...CONGRATULATIONS to all 9 of you!!!

    Come to Raleigh this weekend and watch those 9 All-Conference Players play for a State Championship! This conference knows where the talent is and its apparent in their Vote. Alot of all-conference players will be at Walnut Creek from all classifications and they are all winners at this level. Again amazing and outstanding work by all post season award winners!!!!!

    I'm new to the board, but thought I would post the
    South-Piedmont 3A All-Conference List. Haven't seen
    too much activity on this group but there are a few
    great players to keep an eye on. I know most of the girls,
    however, I hope someone can finish the list. there should be
    18 and I only know of 13.

    fantaztic; there were no first or second teams all-conference selection in nw4a softball this year just 18 all conference players. don't know why but that is the way it was. Check out todays Lenoir News topic it has the players who made all conference and their positions in there

    There were first and 2nd team selections in the NW4A this year. They are not by positions, but rather infield, outfield, catcher, and pitcher. There is 1st team, 2nd team, and honorable mention for each of those this year. The Lenoir News Topic may have just ran all the 1st and 2nd team players and forgot to separate. I haven't seen the newspaperr, so I'm not sure, but I do know for sure that there was 1st and 2nd team.
