All-District Nominations!!

    To all High School Coaches:
    The nomination process for All-District has been posted on the Coaches Association website. Go to www.ncfastpitch.org to download the form for each player you wish to nominate and mail your completed forms to the Chairperson for your District. The information for mailing is on page 2 of the nomination form. The deadline for All-District nominations is May 2nd. The All-State Teams will be selected from the pool of players who are selected as All-District. Coaches please remember, if you do not nominate your players, there is absolutely no way they will be considered in the All-District/All-State process. Please do not drop the ball on this. It is a very difficult process as it is and without those nominations, a great number of deserving young ladies will be left off these teams. Lastly, you do not have to be a member of the NCSCA to submit your nominations, but you must submit them. Please get busy on this so that these deserving young ladies can be considered for these post-season honors.

    Deadline Approaching!

    Just a friendly reminder that the deadline for submitting your All-District nominations is Friday, May 2nd. Please remember to nominate or contact your District Chairperson if there are any problems with the process. They will certainly be willing to help. Please make every effort in giving these young ladies the opportunity to be recognized for their efforts in the 2008 season!

    As the end of the year approaches and awards for our players begin to roll in, there will be critisim as well. I just wanted to make everyone was aware of the number of schools that have reported nominations in District 7. Please keep this in mind when the All-District teams are announced if your DD or players that you know were deserving are not on the team....
