    Well, some of these i can understand..we had a team in our conference not have any all-conference players, so it would be pretty good to say they probably didn't want to nominate anyone, but come on, there is some GOOD teams on that list.
    I'm sure there is also some legit mistakes in there, where the coach was new this year, and believe me ALOT of AD's could care less if any of this was passed along to the coaches. I know for a fact our AD didn't let our coach know, if it wasn't for my wife and I, nobody would have known.
    Alot of people sit around and wait or just figure it's taken care of. Be proactive but not aggresive. Be educational, not confrontational. Be supportive not destructive,& by all means, do it for the kids!!!

    ...100% right .....the ADs are to blame first. If they don't think folks are pissed then they should realize it by the parents and students calling him/her out.

    You can sit on your fist and lean back on your thumb only so long ADs!

    Earn your pay, and yes its not alot given the responsibilities and issues you have to deal with, but man up and stick it out for the kids.

    I'll take a secretary who types slow and can't spell but busts her butt to do the right thing over arrogant, two faced ADs whose programs continue to fail under their watch.

    Atleast my secretary can use spellcheck....

    Maybe it is not too late. It seems that three girls from Erwin High School have been added to the original list.

    Our Mistake.

    The young ladies from Erwin HS were voted on by the Region 8 All-District committee to receive recognition. Their names were inadvertantly left off the original publication list that was sent to the webmaster. We (NCSCA) take full responsibility for our mistake and apologize to the young ladies from Erwin HS and their coach for any hardship that might have been caused by our mistake. We also believed that we should rectify the mistake and certainly recognize these young ladies for their selection to the team. That is what we did by adding them to the All-District team in Region 8.
