    ARE YOU READY……
To Start Making Plans for the 2010 ASA Softball Season?
We have scheduled our annual coaches meeting to be held Saturday February 6th at 10am at the John Robert Kernodle Senior Center, 1535 South Mebane St., Burlington, NC. Directions are below. The purpose of this meeting is to go over Buster and Randy’s 2010 tournament schedule, 2010 Queen of the Hill, 2010 NC ASA State Class B Tournament, 2010 Fall State Tournament, and 2010 Winter Regional Championship. Among the topics being discussed will be the rule changes mandated by ASA National and NC ASA background checks, individual registration and insurance. There is no charge to you for attending this meeting and lunch will be provided at 12 noon free of charge. We need to hear from you if you plan to attend as we will need a head count for lunch. If you plan to attend, you must call Buster Everette at (336) 367-7493. Please respond by Sunday, January 31st. After lunch, there will be a guest speaker- one of North Carolina’s assistant coaches, at the ASA Coaches meeting. The coach will be discussing the college recruiting process and skills that players most need when they get to the college level.

Buster and Randy want to thank each of you for playing with ASA. Their 2010 schedule is now on the NC ASA website. To view their schedule go to www.ncasafastpitch.com and click on tournaments on the left. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting, February 6th!
