All Star Middle school game

Coaches, This is just an idea to throw out.Wanted to find out if anyone would be able to help put together and All Star baseball game between 2 teams.Something to think about??Being my second year posting scores and things for Middle school,Just thought of having an All Star game for middle school.It's tough for me to keep up with baseball scores and stats,but i always try to get better when i try to put things together.Also if you know of a kid that would like to be interviewed let me know.I would like to puty things on here to let players in Middle school know that they can be in the spotlight to.I will be working on things from time to time on here and will post what i can get.I will be back next year to.Hope everyone has a good summer.

Well i was thinking about that to.Might be hard to do.Well the other question i had was what about having an interview with a player and put in the Middle school baseball section.Guess while i am sitting here at my computer i will have to think.Thanks for the thought and reply.

Thanks SCS. Mike Osborne is the biggest leader in promoting Middle school baseball. He lives and breathes that level of sports and does everything he can to recognize those players, and it's a tremendous benefit for those of us that are interested in the next "Richie Shaffer".

If you are interested in "all star games" with middle school age players - try to catch any of the USSSA or Triple Crown tournaments in NC and SC. That's exactly where the middle school "all stars" play nearly every weekend. There are some very good teams in NC. 14U: Carolina Angels, Carolina Blue Jays, Carolina Tar Heels, On Deck O's Black/Orange, Charlotte 49rs and others. If you include SC, 14U: Spartanburg Phillies, SC Elite. Most of these teams are made up of rising 9th graders: 2012's. There are also many good 13U teams in the area that would include rising 8th graders: 2013's

SCS Thanks for the reply.I would like to be able to get involved in your company some.I coach Middle School baseball in Cabarrus County.I will be starting my 4th year next season.Maybe we could talk sometime.I would also like to hopefully coach kids from 2010 and others comming up.

I think its awesome what you are doing with middle school aged kids. I wish there were alot more people like you out there. Good luck and continue to do what you do. Every level of baseball needs people willing to give and help kids out anyway they can.
