Good catch, Boxman. It doesn't make any sense to me? Blake Ketner?...Sheesh.

...and both Conley and South Meck (Champs and runners-up) only had one each. Ryan Morris (SW4A player of the year) did not get selected? Not to take anything away from the players selected...but how could you leave out these guys?

It is my understanding these players were selected at the end of May, before the playoffs were over. Either way, they all deserve this honor and should be
    congratulated.

Maybe its because they are a good TEAM and don't have players that standout as much as others.

1-A CHAMPIONS -NO SELECTIONS, FARMVILLE CENTRAL

RUNNER-UP CHATHAM CENTRAL - NO SELECTIONS
YADKIN VALLEY PLAYER OF YEAR - NOT MENTIONED

I THINK LONG AGO ON THIS BOARD IT WAS DISCUSSED THAT MOST BASEBALL COACHES JUST FILL IN AND REALLY DONT MAKE THE WORLD MOVE WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR SPORT.

WBrunswick had a pitcher that they "rode his arm" all the way to the state title in 2004. His pitching certainly stoodout along with his hitting. UNC signed him.
