All-State Teams?

    All State honors are voted...

    by a panel of coaches from each region of the state by the NCBCA. These players are announced at the State Games..

    Conference Player of the Year are automatically on the All-State Teams.

    I just realized the thread was about all state. My comments were directed towards All Conference selections.

    I've talked with coaches that have been in 'the room'. There are times when some bartering actually goes on, ie.. "I'll vote for you're guy if you'll vote for my guy". It's not an exact science, but what is in baseball?
