    You have picked players as they are listed under their conferance (not a region). With that said. The state games coaches as I have heard are volunteers. Now, if that is true you could possibly have a few coaches that represent the same conferance level. By selecting coaches by conferance you are able to judge them more so by their season rather than a few games of selct players. Not to say that region coaches are handed a team. They just get to pick from some of the best in their region. You are also able to compare a conferance coach by how long they have worked with a program, where have they taken it.

    Coach of the year by Region

    These coaches have been named the coach of the year in their region based on the job they did this year with their hs team.

    As far as the posts PD I have no idea what you are trying to get at.
    The State Games and its Coaches have nothing to do with these awards. The State Games Region Teams have nothing to do with these awards.
