Yes we all know that there are players returning who had great years last spring and played well this summer and fall but must we annoint them as all state NOW before a pitch is thrown? Let the games begin and the players play and prove on the field who is all-state THIS spring.

It's definitely way to early to give this any serious consideration.

You see these kind of posts over on the old charlotte.com or over on ncpreps.rivals.com and everytime it seems like they break down into insulting matches .... we don't stop them, but we don't encourage them either. When the bad language or the slamming starts, we get rid of the thread. The people who have been here awhile can tell when a thread is "destined to start problems".

Don't take it hard, we don't have many players post here. It's parents and coaches mostly. We like hearing from all the players.

I'd rather see people tell me about the 10-15 players I don't get a chance to see than hear about the 10-15 players that everyone in the state already knows and appreciates.

Have you seen him play?? I got some information from the jr legion state tournament. He a junior this year at West Forsyth appears to be 6'1 looks to throw between 80-85 has a good fast ball that tends to run in on batters and a good curve ball a crafty kind of pitcher he fields the ball very cleanly when he was not pitching he played middle infield second or short he appears to have the whole package he sure did get my attention....another one is Zach Vogler who did everything but pitch excellant center field hes a jr at davie high school.
