nobody has come close to lighting up Greensboro like that this season.

But the team also doesn't have much relief pitching. Good starters but nothing out of the bullpen.

Plus Chad Baker the #1 pitcher hasn't started since the first round of the playoffs.

So wo was it that started tonight? Pegram or Kensmoe?

Wossa, i dont remember the starters name.. he had multi colored hair... kinda small kid from where i was at... he got lit up in the 2nd... and a larger kid dont know the name came in and went a few innings..

maybe your coach just doesnt want to drain the pitching..

wossa, my son pitched against Kannapolis 3 different times this year... he said ya dont get a break in the lineup.. they hit very well top to bottom and off the bench....

and if they have a bad day hitting .. usually their defense will keep the game close..

#22 started the game. He played 2nd base last night. Is that Pegram?

yeah #22 is Pegram - I personally don't remember him starting this season.

Simmons looks to be saving arms for Shelby. If he doesn't throw Baker or Justin Brown tommorow night that will be a sure sign.

Glad I didn't drive down for the massacre.

I'm pretty sure Pegram started.Kensmoe pitched late in the game if he is a lefty.

Mead started for Kannapolis, but left in the 2nd due to strained muscle in his upper back.

Should be a good game 3 if Baker and Sherrill matchup.

Hope to meet you at the game tomorrow nite Wossa.

I'll be there. I hope Baker pitches. I have no idea why he hasn't pitched more than one inning of relief since the Kernersville series. I asked his mom if his arm was sore and she was like  If Baker doesn't start and Justin Brown does it should still be a good game.

That lefty was probably Riley Inman. he's typically a reliever. Kensmoe is a starter, and will probably pitch tomorrow, or Tuesday if there's a game 4.
