    Shelby 10 Hickory 0

    It was a pretty ugly night for Hickory tonight, first of all, 5 of their starters were absent because of Senior Trips, and second of all because they made 11 errors. That's not a misprint. Aaron King threw pretty good, but the errors really hurt. Shelby only tallied 8 hits and of course most of the runs were unearned. Josh Drewery pitched all 8 innings of 6 hit ball fanning more than 10 players. Shelby plays Rock Hill tomorrow night at Rock Hill. Shelby also beat Lake Norman two nights ago 25-5, that too is not a misprint.
