The Concord/Kannapolis game last night was a great game to watch. Kannapolis has a great lineup, prob one of the best if not the best in the state. It was great to see 51 battle back in the game against a team that outmatched them. Post 51 plays tonight at home against S. Rowan.

roc0720, I was very impressed with Concord last night. Coach Ronnie Bost was a fantastic addition to the Concord Legion team. He's a proven winner, a very good communicator and definitely a class act. Best of luck to our neighbors to the south.

    Blaine Newton 2-4 Joe Conner 3ip, 1r, 2h, 5k's
    Scott Norris 2-5
    Russell Deaton 2-2

Post 138 did not play very good defense. We also left the bases loaded 3 times and men on 2nd and 3rd once. Even though we were not sharp in all 3 phases of the game we still had a chance to win the game in the 8th and 9th innings.
