Ya'll think that Brackman will or will not play basketball at NCSU this year?

My guess is he won't play basketball, too much money at stake. With a good year he could easily be a top 5 pick.

He is that good. 7' tall, pitches in the mid 90's, hit 99 several times in the Cape this summer and has a couple good off speed pitches.

    what about NBA??

Seven-footers with a shooting touch are not that common; so AB may project as an NBA player?

    Brackman

If I were a State fan I would want him to play basketball. But the fact is this kid has a very bright future in baseball especially if he puts all his efforts in that direction right now. He projects off the charts. Not to mention the fact that he has great stuff period. First round pick for sure if he stays healthy this spring. I think the decision has already been made to focus on baseball only and I cant blame the kid one bit. And no one else should either.
