    According to what I heard this morning, he had a thickening of the heart muscle. I do not believe that would be related to high blood pressure. But before we get on a roll here doing the "why didn't they find this before now", just remember all of the healthy people who have suddenly died before Mike.

    My prayers are with this young man's family and friends. My son knew him from The Park.

    Good going on your personal apology to the East Meck team from the Hopewell team after the incident at Hopewell on 3/4 with regard to East’s bus being vandalized. That shows a lot of character on your part.

    My heart goes out to the family of this swimmer. Having raised 2 competitive swimmers I know how close knit the swimming community is in NC. This loss affects a lot of people in the area.

    When do the inspiring and intelligent posters start posting...we need them because speaking for the moderators..we ain't too bright!!
