    Whats the call on a "catch and carry" with runners on base and less than 2 outs?

    catch and carry

    When a fielder after catching a batted ball touches dead ball territory it is called a catch and carry. The award is one base to all runners from time of fielder touching dead ball territory.

    In FED Baseball you have to completely enter dead ball territory and in OBR (Official Baseball Rules) you have to fall down for a catch and carry otherwise you can reenter live ball territory and make a play.
