    The Gators had a extremely good hitting team, as we watched several of their games. I think it was amazing accomplishment holding them to one hit in the championship game.

    You are correct...Strong 1 thru 9 in the lineup. Mentioned #12 because she went long twice on us and we lost 4 to 0. Congratulations again on a fantastic championship game. Hope to see you guys play again this summer.

    Thanks to all for your kind congratulations! The girls really responded and played well in all parts of the game, I was really proud of them.

    Congratulations to all the Carolina teams that made it in the final 4 - speaks well for the talent we have here in the Carolinas (both North & South).

    Thanks to John and the Georgia Fire for again putting on a fine tournament, dodging the rain and adjusting the schedule to get it all in. Great College turnout and tough competition! It remains a "must-play" on the schedule.

    #12 is Kori Ballard out of Andrew Jackson HS in SC. She takes hitting lessons at Powerstroke Swing in Lancaster, SC. She is a 2013 power hitting pitcher/corner infielder. We are happy to have her and all her teammates on the Gators!
