    Many quality 2010

    Lady Lightning Gold team had a great showing from its 2010 class.

    Pitcher- Ashley Czechner 2010 STUD!!!!!!!!!!
    Catcher/3rd Base - Chelsea Hartsell 2010 Incredible athlete
    Outfielders- Nikki Legg and Mickey Williams 2010 Play like Steady Veterans.

    These 4 got a lot of attention from many places.

    I enjoyed watching Jessie Rappe, Alley Blake, Morgan Hopper, Kalie Lang, Leslie Jury,and Alexis Davis and a couple of other players that we know.

    its actually "Lexi" Davis. She is 13 and 6-1! Judging from all my college and pro career in baseball, I feel she is a phenom, and only 9th grade. I can verify she throw 60+ and plenty of confidence.

    Disclaimer- her dad and I coach a Blaze 10u team.

    We had the pleasure of playing some this fall with Lexi. My DD says she hits her spots well and can throw as well as some of the other older pitchers out there. Great family also!

    Watch out

    Lexi's first time at 43 feet and against 18U competition, she gave up 1 earned run in 15+ innings. She hit her spots and pitched out of a bases loaded jam. She is going to be a great pitcher because she works hard, she listens, she is a team player, and she has great physical tools! Most important, she is a quality young lady with a supportive couple parents and family.:xyxthumbs:

    Another couple young players to watch: Jessie Rappe and Kellie Beres, both have speed, softball sense, drive, and parents that know the game and work hard to make them the best they can be! These two will disrupt a game as they get older and pick up even more speed and base running skills.
